Regarding direct or indirect references to external websites ("hyperlinks") which the author is not responsible for, liability would only become effective in the case of the author being aware of the contents and if it was technically possible and reasonable to prevent the use in the case of illegal contents.

The copyright of any publications prepared by TEXET GmbH itself shall remain with TEXET GmbH. The copying or use of graphics, audio and video recordings as well as texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted unless expressively agreed by TEXET GmbH.

If it is possible to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) in connection with the online services, the user discloses these data on a clearly voluntary basis.
