Regarding direct or indirect references to external websites ("hyperlinks") which the author is not responsible for, liability would only become effective in the case of the author being aware of the contents and if it was technically possible and reasonable to prevent the use in the case of illegal contents.

If it is possible to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) in connection with the online services, the user discloses these data on a clearly voluntary basis.
